This and subpages contain processes with associated messages to solve the information needs of a process.
Background
This is the main document for market processes with connection messages to be used for the Nordic balancing market (NBM), so that the 4 Nordic countries can operate as a synchronous area.
Scope
The processes are attempted here to document as far as possible in relation to the information available. A message can be used for various processes and this is a natural evolution for these documents. That is, a message can first be customized to a process and then have to be customized to one or more processes in a later stage.
Entry Criteria
This defines the entry criteria that needs to be fulfilled before taking a joint Nordic decision on go-live automated operation. Each criterion should be specific, measurable, and relevant for the decision to go-live automated operation. The complete set of criteria (this document) must be approved by NBM SC. Any changes on a criterion requires a specific decision from NBM SC. For more details please see Entry Criteria
